我喜欢的一首英文诗：

When darkness fell
I stood on the steps to listen to;
Stars swarm in the garden
I stood in the dark.
Listen to the sound of landing a star!
You do not walk barefoot in the grass,
My garden is full of star fragments.

诗歌大意：作者在夜空下看星星。
喜欢的理由：通过对夜空里星星的细致描写表达了作者对世界真诚的认知。
给我的启发：人做为大自然的一种存在，在安静的夜晚中，仰望星空，感受天地一体。

where I come from nobody knows，where I am going everything goes.he wind blows, the sea flows，nobody knows. And where I am going, nobody knows.这是电影《珍妮的画像》译成中文：我的来处，无人知晓。我的去处，万有的归宿。风吹，海啸，无人知晓。英文是网上转来的，看到那电影，印象最深的就是这译文，有些来去处去的味。所以多年了，一直记得。

最浪漫的一句应该是：“We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.”翻译过来就是：我们都在阴沟里，但仍有人仰望星空。

《当你老了》这首诗在中国可以说是非常有名了！And paced upon the mountains overhead爱情是怎样逝去，又怎样步上群山，And hid his face amid a crowd of stars.怎样在繁星之间藏住了脸。

想起了电影《暮光之城》中的让我惊艳的一句话：I love three things in this world. Sun, moon and you. Sun for moring, moon for night, and you forever.同样，用中文表达一样很浪漫。浮世三千，吾爱有三。 日，月，卿。 日为朝，月为暮，卿为朝朝暮暮。

美国著名的小说家海明威在他的著作《丧钟为谁而鸣》一书中也引用了本诗作为开篇词。No man is an island, entire of itself;every man is a piece of the continent,a part of the main;if a clod be washed away by the sea。

从明天起，做一个幸福的人
From tomorrow on, I will be a happy person;
喂马，劈柴，周游世界
Grooming, chopping, and traveling all over the world.
从明天起，关心粮食和蔬菜
From tomorrow on, I will care foodstuff and vegetables,
我有一所房子，面朝大海，春暖花开

我用这首诗参加外文朗诵大赛拿了一等奖 。这是海子的【面朝大海春暖花开】

最喜欢的英文歌就是泰坦尼克号的主题曲《my heart will go on》，高中英语老师推荐的，听了后就一直很喜欢。

我最喜欢的诗，来自Robert Frost。我记得是《Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening》。某个外教，在课上念的时候，立刻就被吸引住了。这首诗我一直念念不忘了。

印象最深的是庞德写的《地铁车站》，简短凝练，意象突出，富有美感，形象而哲理。

个人极力推荐《But You Didn't》 ，父亲在战争中去世，母女俩相依为命。至此母亲再没改嫁，直到女儿再整理母亲遗物的发现这首诗，被那种执着的爱感动。

分享一个我喜欢的，那是奥登写给情人Chester Kallman的诗，《Funeral Blues》，同样是爱情诗，和叶芝的《当你老了》比，绝不逊色。
