通过教学实践，使我获得以下几点体会：
1、 根据实际，随机调整教育方案
教育活动的组织形式应该根据需要合理的安排。在我们以往的教学观念中，总是以孩子学到了多少内容来定义他的学习到底好还是坏。其实这种观点是错误的。
在幼儿园的学习，我们并不是要让孩子学到多少，而是要积极的培养孩子的学习兴趣，试探们能在各项活动中获得满足和享受到乐趣，进而使这种满足和乐趣成为孩子终身发展的需要。
所以，我们教师也无须特别钟情于我们预先设计的教学方案，而是应该随时随地的观察幼儿的兴趣，以幼儿兴趣的需要随时调整我们的教育内容及方案。
2、 善于利用，充分寻找结合点
