I first read this book when I was in my fifteen. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.

I really like this novel ,it teach me a lot .I think it's a song for heroism .I lean that not only the solders or any others can become a hero ,but the ordinary people, no matter the old and the young ,the man and the woman, can become the hero ,too. The word in the novel "But people not live for failure, a man can be killed, but never be conquered" is very famous. And it left an impression to me. An old man, in some people's viewpoint, is really pool. Maybe he should just stay at home. But how can he overcome all the troubles, especially in that circumstances?
