定义：请求信是对收信人提出请求，并希望对方满足该要求。

告示类问题主要用于传达消息，一定要言简意赅，时间地点必须写清楚注意告示的格式，还有上一篇备忘录的格式，可千万别在开头写Dear XXX,这样的低级错误我相信狮友萌是不会犯的。
