I saw this move in three weeks ago, I think this move is very outstanding work. It told us many good things about humanity. The move has a positive significance in the pursuit of racial equality, through the film we saw ourselves and see the good and evil of human nature. This move made me knew some truths. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you, be honest and frank anyway; the good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow, be good anyway; you show sympathy for the weak, people still follow the strong, but you must justice for the weak.

But in order to kill Tom Robinson, Walter Cunningham wants to hurt Atticus. Fortunately the children comes and made angry farmers dispel the idea that to kill Tom Robinson. Atticus never want to takes revenge to those farmers including Bob Ewell so I think he is a magnanimous person.
You show sympathy for the weak, people still follow the strong, but you must justice for the weak. Atticus as a white people to against racial discrimination at that time is very courageous. The racist in that town all hate him, after the court Bob Ewell tried to fight with him and hurt his children. Atticus still help the black people and poor people. The local black all respect him very much. I think these must to do to be a good father and lawyer. He methods of life, his philosophy and values have a deep influence on his children. I believe that Scout and Jem will become honest good people.
This novel is a precious relics is what I want to say. At that kind、elegant and simple in the US, this novel keeps the hope and emotion for the people. If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you, be honest and frank anyway; the good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow, be good anyway; you show sympathy for the weak, people still follow the strong, but you must justice for the weak. 　　《杀死一只知更鸟》的故事发生在上个世纪60年代，艾蒂科斯．芬奇是一位不顾个人安危，为黑人伸张正义的南方小镇上的律师，看过美国近代史的人都知道，在当时和当地，歧视黑人的现象十分严重，白人和黑人之间因为不了解所以互相仇视，而剧中芬奇为了替黑人汤姆证明清白不畏强暴，坚持正义，特别是剧中，他长达9分钟的辩护场面，可谓是整部影片的高潮，我觉得他不仅仅是辩护，而是在发表解放黑人的演说，极具煽动性，让人热血沸腾。
　　其实种族歧视的问题早已不是一个新鲜的话题，它是美国建国以来一直没有解决的最为严重的人权问题，是美国社会和阶级真正的断层线。
　　在美国众多民族集团中，非洲裔美利坚人（黑人）是唯一非自愿移居美国的民族。在历史上，美国贩卖黑人和对黑人实行血腥奴役而臭名昭著， 美国内战以后，奴隶制被废除了，黑人得到了一些做人的权利。但是，种族隔离、种族歧视制度仍然存在，在社会上，黑人依然没有平等的权利。特别是在本剧发生的年代，更是达到了一个顶峰，其中历史上更出现了像马丁．路德．金等反抗种族歧视的人物。即使现在，美国社会中种族主义的幽灵仍在游荡
　　虽然本片的主角不是黑人，但反映了在那样一个大背景之下，作为一个普通的白人对这种现象的不平——尽管他面对的是白人政府的挑衅和恫吓，白人朋友的不解甚至嘲笑。
　　无论如何，该剧的导演确实可说是相当忠实、以平顺悠闲的步调把“种族歧视”这个旧话题放在了影片的前台位置上，其实在一些美国大片中，种族歧视的问题反映已久，只不过另外一些导演的尴尬在于，一面要揭示这种遍行美国的社会问题，一面又要回避正面谈论这个问题，因为，他必须要在美国混下去，而美国向来是讨厌激进分子的，无论左派还是右派。这是导演们自己的问题，他们自己也解决不了。

I think the most important is the story of a great father, use your own words and deeds to teach children how to distinguish the good and evil. At the same time it alsofrom the children's point of view to tell us how people grow to mature, tells us that we should choose what kind of value orientation in the growth, should do a what kind of person, how to face the life of right and wrong, should insist on what kind of lifecriterion. This is really a good film, a very deep, very has the sense of social responsibility of the film, can teach us a lot of things.
The first father, Atticus's wife died early, he had to do his work, but also bear the responsibility of education in two children. When children are small don't understandmy father, but they can feel other people on his father's respect. He seldom blame the children, but can always explain to them the truth in life. In Mei Gang Zhen, he is a lawyer, because to a black defense, said some seemed very normal thing in the now,but at the time it takes a lot of courage, bear the great pressure. Braly this person does not appear in the play, but thick and heavy in colours. Why?Because he is a symbol of mystery, he is a child's heart. Initially the children heardmany tales about the nation, think he is a very strange, very dangerous people. 这部电影拍摄的年代比我的出生早了将近二十年，我是从某个排行榜上面找到它的，然后下载回来欣赏。看后感慨良多。这部片子给我们传达一个什么样的精神呢？我想最重要的是讲述了一个伟大的父亲，用自己的言行去教会孩子们怎样辨别社会上的真善美和假恶丑。同时它也从孩子们的角度告诉了我们人是怎样成长怎样成熟起来的，告诉了我们在成长中应该选择什么样的价值取向，应该做一个什么样的人，应该怎样面对生活中的是是非非，应该坚持什么样的生活准则。这的确是一部好片子，一部很有深度、很有社会责任感的片子，可以教会我们很多东西。
首先父亲阿提克斯的妻子早亡，他既要做自己的工作，还要承担教育两个孩子的责任。孩子们小的时候不太理解爸爸，但他们能够感到别人对他爸爸的尊重。他很少责备孩子们，但总是能给他们讲解做人的道理。在梅岗镇，他是一名律师，因为给一名黑人辩护，说了一些在现在看来很正常的话，但在当时却是需要很大的勇气，承担很大的压力的。为此，他受到了一些人的打击，甚至自己的孩子受到袭击。但是与此同时他赢得了黑人和大部分白人的尊重。如电影中的一句台词所言，“生活中总会有人会愿意做一些别人不愿意做的事情，你爸爸就是其中之一！”
孩子们小时候总是调皮，充满好奇心和求知欲。他们对这个世界最初有一些很天真的设想，也有太多的秘密想要去发现。他们不理解父亲，认为父亲不够能干；他们听说邻居布莱利是一个奇怪的人，就总想一探究竟；他们总是少不更事，总是很天真，不了解这个世界的实际情况。但是在成长中，在发生的一系列事情当中，他们心中的疑问渐渐有了答案。明白了父亲的可敬之处，明白了不能轻易地对一个人下判断，明白了生活中自己该要确立怎样的价值取向，该要坚持什么，该要怎样看待人和社会。

布莱利这个人在剧中出现不多，但却浓墨重彩。为什么呢？因为他是一种象征，他是孩子们小时候心中的一个谜。最初孩子们听到了关于布莱利的很多传说，觉得他是一个很奇怪、也很危险的人。这个谜一直藏着，直到剧情末尾才揭开谜底，原来人们的传言并不一定是真的。布莱利其实是一个很可爱和善良的人。
通观全剧，汤姆罗宾逊的案子告诉了我们社会并不像我们儿时想象的那样美好，有它的黑暗面。从布莱利身上使我们明白了我们不应该轻易地对一个人下结论，除非我们真正了解他。我们应该有自己的独立人格，这样才能应对生活。生活是一件颇为讲究的事情，你不讲究，你的生活必然索然无味、没有光彩。真理和尊重是掩藏在迷雾之中的，唯有勇者和智者能够把握和获得它们。
