The novel has portrayed many different people. As an outstanding writer,in Dickens's work,the language skill is essential.Each kind of rhetoric technique,like the *** ogy,the exaggeration,the contrast,the humorous,and the taunt are handled skillfully,and the artistry of the work is also delivered the peak.A tale of o cities has its difference with the general historical novel, its character and the main plot are all fictionalizes.With the broad real background of the French Revolution,the author take the fictional character Doctor Mate's experience as the main clue,interweaves the unjust charge, love and revenge three independences but also incident cross-correlation stories together,the plot is criss-crossed,and the clue is plex.The author use insert narrates,foreshadowing,upholstery and so many techniques,causes the structure integrity and strictness,the plot winding anxious and rich of theatrical nature,it displayed the remarkable artistic skill.the style A tale of o cities is solemnity and melancholy,fills indignantion,but lacks the humor of the early works.

　　A seven day long holiday has flown away. Mourning my happy hours during the vacation, I've been looking forward to winter holidays. People around me seemed to have enjoyed the vacation, too. Then, is it fair that people have the same amount of holidays regardless of their occupations?

Unable to work continuously as long as those physical labor workers, white collars need more time to pull through the mental weariness than physical tiredness.

　　All in all, people in different jobs assume different responsibilities and have different degrees of pressure.

　　Secondly, different tasks and duties are required for different professions, resulting in the variety of holiday periods for people in different walks of life.

　　Some employees cannot have their legal holidays and even have to work overtime, such as policemen, construction workers and people in the service line.Those professions just can't be interrupted for a mornent;other wise the society will be in a mess. Even for some people in the same occupation, they cannot have the same holidays entitled to them due to many factors out of human control, such as special assignments, and health conditions etc, then not to say people in different fields.

　　Suppose we, as teachers do, all have three months' holiday in a year.

　　Then factories have to employ considerably more workers because some of them are enjoying happy holiday.That's obviously against the principles of doing business at lower cost and efficiency.

　　If we have only three days off in a year, then all the people in our country will be working day after day. No one can squeeze time to visit those tourist resorts leisurely. It goes without saying that the tourist trade and catering industry thus   cannot develop    rapidly  and healthily.

（三）联。有两层含义。其一，联系实际。以自己的观点为依据，既可以联系自己的思想实际，又可以联系社会实际。前者应该反映自己的切身体会，即具有某种个性，而不应流于空泛和俗套。后者可以包括古今中外的事例，而主要的是指现实生活。是否善于联系实际，是读后感内容是否有深度的关键。其二，联系原文。指发表感想时要扣住原作的有关内容，克服只是在开头提一下原文，下面就丢弃原文作发挥的毛病。在语言表达上，可不时地把原文中的词句“点缀”在论述中，给读者以“开源见流”的良好印象。

（四）结。指归纳看法，总结全篇。这里也应注意“点缀”上原文的词句。

“引、议、联、结”是读后感的一般结构，习作者可在熟练掌握的基础上灵活运用，适当变化，正所谓“文无定法”。但不管如何变化，都要做到“读”与“感”相交融，使全文成为一个严密的整体；同时，还要“感”得实在，“感”得有针对性。

In this summer holiday, I have read a book-----"Kids Care for the Earth". From this book, I knew it's very important for us to protect earth's resources.
long long ago, most people did not worry about the earth environment, because the rivers, lakes and oceans were clean and the sky was very blue in that time. But today more and more people begin to worry about these things. The earth we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. People have changed the Earth by not taking care of its resources. We waste resources and we also pollute them. As we know,we can't drink the polluted water or wash with it. We can't farm land that has been polluted. We can't breathe air that has been polluted. Being aware of the danger of earth environment, people all over the world set The Earth Day in 1970. Since 1970, they have been celebrating Earth Day each year. The Earth Day means to protect the earth's ecological environment. Saving water
The book says, not only lack of water in the future but also polluted water may result in several problems.
In the world, at present it's not only hungry, but also thirsty for water. No one can live without water. Even worse, some of it has been polluted. We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it.
Saving fresh air
No air means death. Although we can't see it, there is air round us. So air is everywhere and it gives life to every living thing. Without it we can't live.
But now the weather is worse and worse. As you know, people felled such a lot of trees that the air is not clean and safe. And there are too many cars running in the streets in the city . The gas which the cars spread out is full poison. Every day we breathe bad air in and out. It's bad for our health. It makes people ill.
We must have fresh air to keep us healthy. So we must do something to keep our air clean. For example, we walk and ride our bike instead of driving a car. We also try to do the best to plant more and more trees.
Human being is not only face the problems of water pollution , air pollution and forest destruction but also the unpleasant weather and decreasing of planting land.

The protagonist of this novel is Pip (Handel). His parents died when he was a baby. His sister had brought him up ‘by hand’. His sister married to Joe Gargery, the village blacksmith. They didn’t have much money, and Pip never went to school to study. But he was often very happy .Because all of his friends are like him. It isn’t very unfortunate to them, this is their lives. But by a chance, Pip helped a convict; he gave much food to him. Then he met Miss Havisham, a very strange old woman and she was very rich.
Four years later, Miss Havisham wants Pip to be removed from his home and educated as a gentleman who expects inherit a fortune when he grow up.
After hearing that . Pip started to despise his poor friends. He even feel ashamed because he live with the poor man . Pip’s ‘great expectations’ destroyed his life.
This novel told us that we cannot compare with others .Don’t feel envy at the others money. And if one day you be very rich , please don’t despise your poor friends.
