阿文有一个黄色的小毯子,他不管到哪里都会随身携带。阿文上楼梯、下楼梯、上厕所、吃饭、出去玩等都带着小毯子,还说自己喜欢的东西,小毯子也喜欢。
邻居家的阿姨看不惯,怂恿阿文爸爸妈妈想办法改掉他随身携带小毯子的习惯。尽管阿文爸爸妈妈尝试了很多办法,阿文还是不愿意。最后阿文妈妈想到了一个好办法,把小毯子改成小手绢,这样阿文就可以随身携带,即使上学也可以!
五、阅读过程:
儿子也有一件绒绒的小被被,有时候出门玩,他会要求带上。小被被会给他安全感,当他瞌睡、碰疼自己时,被被总能起到安抚作用,所以我们大人也没有强制性把他的被被拿走。
昨天去换书,看到这本绘本,感觉真的故事很温暖,老鼠妈妈也很有智慧,于是就借回来和儿子一起看。
在看的过程中,儿子问:被被也喜欢吃东西吗?
我:被被是阿文的好朋友,他在分享他的感受。马上要上学了,不带小被被上学,你愿意吗?
儿子:不愿意,我会伤心的。
我问:可以剪成小手绢吗?这样就可以装在书包里带着了。
儿子:我还是不想把被被剪小。
看来我太着急了。
六、阅读感受:
小孩子依赖物品的行为属于正常的现象,我在小区也看到有其他孩子喜欢随时带着小被子、绒绒玩具等,这些东西能给他们带来安全感。
大人应当以适当的方式引导孩子逐渐淡忘和变得成熟起来。不能太着急,这个过程需要循序渐进的。

读《阿文的小毯子》已有多遍了,后来发现它其实在告诉我们一个道理:如何改掉一个坏习惯。
这本绘本是新教育推荐的《中国幼儿基础阅读书目》之一。文中的主人公是一只叫阿文的小老鼠。它有一个坏习惯,就是它虽然长大了但还时时刻刻带着它的小毯子。
它的爸爸妈妈毫无办法,听从隔壁阿姨的指导,借用毛毯小精灵的故事试图改掉阿文的坏习惯,可是没有成功,相反阿文把小毯子带得更紧了——晚上睡觉前把它塞在裤子里。大概这就是行为主义的“胡萝卜”策略吧。也可以说是雷夫老师的“道德发展六阶段理论”的第二阶段。
奖励不行,迫不得已采用一般的劝说方法。阿文的爸爸妈妈对阿文讲道理,告诉阿文小毯子又脏、又破和又旧,但还是不起用。
一计不成又生一计。奖励不行,讲道理也不行,那就用轻微的惩罚——把小毯子泡在醋里,让它难闻——想达到使阿文改掉坏习惯的目的。但是这一计还是不行。
怎么办?隔壁阿姨又支招了,要阿文父母直接、正面地告诉阿文说:“不行。”这一招大概就是雷夫老师“道德发展六阶段理论”的第四阶段——制定规则。但阿文用哭来回击父母的规则。
怎么办?既然能想到的“堵”的办法都采用了也不行,那就从根上换一种方式试试。想一下子改掉一个坏习惯,显然不行,那就慢慢来改。我们都明白一个告诫:不能一口吃成个胖子。这告诉我们的第一个道理就是:教育是一门“慢”的艺术。它告诉我们的第二个道理是:教育是“疏”,而不是“堵”。这多么像治水一样,衮采用堵的方法失败了,他儿子采用疏的方法却成功了。教育之道和治水之道如出一辙。
