  1。8种营养必需氨基酸,缬、亮、异亮、苯丙、蛋、色、苏、赖(携一两本淡色书来)。生酮氨基酸:亮、赖。 2。参与联合脱氨基的酶主要是ALT(肝组织中)和AST(心肌中)。
  3。氨的转运有丙氨酸-葡萄糖循环和谷氨酰胺两种方式,在肌肉和肝脏之间转运氨的主要方式是丙氨酸-葡萄糖~ 4。氨基甲酰磷酸合成酶I(CPS-I)是鸟氨酸循环启动过程中的限速酶,其变构激活剂为N-乙酰谷氨酸(AGA)。启动后尿素合成的关键酶是鸟氨酸氨基甲酰转移酶。
  5。体内甲基的直接供体是SAM,间接供体是N5-CH3-FH4。
