一个韩国心理学家写得一本书，内容很简单也几乎没有涉及到很复杂的心理专业术语，读起来很快但却有很多共鸣，可能是较为接地气的一本书了。强调“本我”的认知和接纳，书中说很多美国人生下来就是很自我，那种自我为中心简直到了令人羡慕的地步，没错，中国的传统文化中也有压抑内心和自我意识及欲望的一部分，社会对于成功和人脉管理的过分追求让如今的人不敢去做独特的我，更多的不是不敢，而是不会，甚至不知道真正的自己到底是什么样子的。尽管书没有给一个可行的答案，但是对于内心和自我的探知有很好的推动作用，有共鸣的人读起来会觉得感同身受。
